Step 1: Flash Assessment
Our process begins with a Flash Assessment of current performance and processes with two main purposes in mind. One is to determine opportunities to optimize core operations (IP/OP/PO) as well as the organization’s readiness for adopting value-based care programs which we have vetted.
We will provide you with a quick strategic view of your current processes for an area of specific interest as well as your state of readiness to implement an enterprise-wide value-based care initiative. It is the first step in our process to improve specific operational areas such as revenue cycle, clinical integration, physician and patient acquisition, population health, IT and practice management. It is also our first step in moving the organization to offering proven value-based, growth programs such as direct-to-employer (DTE), a provider-sponsored, self-funded health plan for employers and/or Professional Health Management Program (PHMP), a financially incentivized wellness program for employers. Our Flash Assessment gives you the insight you need to optimize your current and future performance.
We provide you with a detailed report which will include: how assets in your organization can be repurposed for maximum ROI; the additional technology and services required to implement a desired strategy; and an assessment of where you stand in the transition to value-based and direct-to-employer care. We work in close collaboration with you during this process to understand your vision, goals and objectives. This process typically takes 60 to 90 days.
