Step 2: Action Plan
Our Action Plan will be based on experience, not theory, as well as the unique findings of our Assessment. The overriding goal of these plans whenever possible is to achieve one or more dimensions of the Quadruple Aim while moving the enterprise toward being the market leader in providing value-based care that also drives growth.
The Plan will detail the specific actions, timelines and milestones we recommend for you to improve your core operating functions, financial results and identify actions needed to move toward value-based and direct-to-employer care. If the project is to launch a provider-sponsored, self-funded health plan or incentivized employee wellness program, the Action Plan will be presented as a comprehensive business plan with all of the stakeholder groups agreeing to their respective tasks and timelines.
